training and regular cardio is if you want to get better effects in a
short time, you have to reduce the break time. If you reduce your break time,
and do the same level workout. You can have a better effect
for burning body fat So that’s the benefit of
HIIT training If you want to get a six-pack, don’t skip
the ab training. I’m gonna teach you a way to help make your abs more
clear. So the point is to have a short break time what I mentioned before
and you can do like different exercises and at the same time
make a group If you want to lose weight, what you eat is
the most important part so you have to really be careful about what you eat.
That’s less oil, less sugar and less salt. So the perfect the ratio about your
food is like 2 protein, 1 carbohydrate and 1 fiber and 1 vegetable. There’s a
common mistake for most people. People think that carbs are bad. So if you
eat carbs will get fat but actually its not. Carbs are really good resource for
energy, you have to eat carbs every day but the thing is like how much you eat.
