Why You’re Not Losing Weight Yet/The Missing Link


I know I know that making a change in
your life this hard believe me I know I’ve been there but I want you to know
it’s doable it’s possible you can do it and that’s the first step is believing
that you can do it because if you don’t believe that you can do it it’s not
gonna happen for you why because you’re not gonna go out there and pursue these
things that you believe are a possibility for you instead you’re just
gonna be sitting on the sidelines watching other people do it don’t be
that person decide today that it’s a possibility for you just say I can do it
I can actually do this I know that you can do this I don’t even know you but I
know that you can do this hi everyone I know it’s been a while
since I’ve recorded a video I’ve been really busy with life but my youtube
channel and helping you guys out there is really important to me so here I am
with a new video I’m gonna talk about some things are really important for you
and your weight loss journey because it’s I’ve gotten a lot of messages
lately with people asking questions and I just want to make sure that I’m here
for you guys on your journey people were still asking me you know how do I lose
weight so it really got me thinking that it isn’t enough to just have a formula
it isn’t enough to just know what to do there’s a lot more to it and in order
for you to begin your weight loss journey there are some things that you
have to understand the most important thing in your weight loss journey is
that you have to believe that it’s a possibility for you if you don’t believe
that you can lose weight if you don’t believe that you can change your life it
will never happen why well you will not be motivated to go
out and actually pursue this goal pursue this vision if you don’t actually
believe that it’s possible for you right so when I first started my weight loss
journey I just wanted to lose weight and I sure
did I got down to a really unhealthy 130 pounds and when I got to that point I
realized that perhaps my goal wasn’t correctly formulated and what I mean by
that is it’s not enough to just want to lose weight you need to know why you’re
doing it and when you understand why you do the things you do it will become very
clear to you as to why things are the way that they are so I had to think
about why am i holding on to the extra weights why has it taken me so many
years of trial and error to lose weight when it was actually
really simple this whole time well it was because I wasn’t focusing on a very
important aspect of weight loss and that’s my mind I first had to decide
that it was a possibility for me and when I decided that it was a possibility
for me it made it much easier to set goals and motivate myself every day so
that’s what you need to do today you got to decide that you can do this so it’s
up to you it’s up to you to let go of those limiting beliefs the ones that you
had that were telling you you can’t lose weight that your big boned that
you’re meant to be that way forget all that drop all that you’re now
creating a new idea and this new idea is the belief that you can indeed do it and
you’re going to create a new vision a new image of what you look like and want
to look like once you have decided it’s a possibility for you you’re gonna make
the decision to go ahead and do it which means you’re gonna set a goal and this
goal can really look like anything you’d like it to look you can literally say
in 30 days from today I will weigh this and this much or you can say in 30 days
from today I will be able to fit into my favorite dress whatever that dress may be
when you believe that it’s possibility for you and you’ve set goals
for yourself you will be more likely to pursue that goal every single day which
means you’re gonna do the things that you need to do every single day that
will get you closer to changing your life you’re gonna make changes in your
day to day routine that will bring you closer and closer every single day to
your goals and you’ve got to take action you have to teach yourself what it is
that you need to do so you have to go out and research and watching this video
is a great step I mean you’re already on your journey you’re out there searching
for information and how to do this properly good for you you are doing this
right continue reading and and watching videos and
talking to people that motivate you and will help you go to the next level and
will continue feeding this positivity that you have every single day and
you’ve got to have the attitude of gratitude because if you are grateful
every single day for the things that you have in your life you will have more and
more things to be grateful for why is that because you’re going to be focusing
on the positives even if you have flaws which we all do no one is perfect
and we look at those flaws and we are grateful for them we’re going to have
more things to be grateful for just remember nothing is impossible for
you if you go out there and you believe that it’s a possibility for you and even
if you don’t know how to do it the right people will come into your life like me
hey I’m right here I’m telling you how I did it so you must be doing something
right so just continue doing that every single day finding the right way to
achieve your goals and I guarantee you that you will see a difference and a
year from now you’re gonna be so amazed with your results and you’re gonna
realize how simple it actually was and all you really needed to do was master
your mind and take control of those thoughts that were limiting you get rid
