hi it’s Mieka Fasting weight loss
today is day 340 of my fasting weight loss journey over 40 I’m 41
and I started this journey at 270 3.2 my highest weight is 297 my goal oh I’ve
got all the way down to 201 when I’m way way heavier now my goal is 183.2
or 173.2 for a 100 pound loss and I’m five nine okay now today is the day
I’m going to share my horrendous weight why am I feeling kind of happy because I
am slick and sneaky and I’m good I’m going to divert to the attention to my
seven shoutouts okay and I don’t know I just feel like it’s a great idea for my
mindset because I am not proud I’m extremely embarrassed I’m most
embarrassed because you guys keep on giving me positive feedback when I keep
doing this over and over and over I don’t know why I do it I really don’t
know why I don’t know why and I don’t think someone could tell me a certain
eating plan and it’s gonna help the fact that I’m I’m trying it sticking to a
plan but I’m not fine with sticking to the plan for good or permanently without
going off track and then going off track and gaining back way I don’t understand
this but this is the channel where I do that and I’m trying really hard not to
I’m really in trying not to okay and I’m prepared mentally to get negative
comments I actually this is going to be shout out one I actually you guys know
if you don’t know go watch my first videos because I started this channel
because I wasn’t allowed to be in the snake diet motivation group with
my clothes women because that’s not the rule you got to take your clothes off
you need to just show some skin so they can see all your fat whatever now oh the
reason why I’m giving it a shout-out is because I requested to join the group
yesterday they approved me I was kind of nervous they don’t know who I am but I
was kind of nervous because I spoke to cole twice and I really wanted to post
my picture with my clothes on okay and he said no twice I’m sure he remembers
me but that was a whole year ago so I was feeling so upset
so left out because I wanted accountability post but my religions
more important to me than being there so I started this channel and I left the
group I think cuz I was like being a baby
anyway I need a snake diet motivation period because he is the one that got me
started I believe fast it he’s the one that made
me fall in love with fasting he’s the one that taught me fat is fuel like I
don’t know I look fast then and he has to always get credit so shout out one is
snake diet motivation group for weight loss motivation okay um you’ll see all
sizes of people all ages of people put their bikini or shorts on pictures and
they want to change their lives okay number two the first video I watched on
YouTube today was by keto Odyssey Leslie Staubbs oh gosh she’s lost a lot of
weight she has multiple sclerosis and I joined her Instagram because I don’t
even know how to use Instagram I want to post a picture of me at the gym this
morning I don’t even know I always mess it up so whatever but she says she’s
gonna do her weekly weigh-ins on Instagram stories so I went there and
joined her there oh my gosh my kid is taking a shower so
my bathroom is next to this wall I just can’t stop recording I hope it doesn’t
affect this video okay so she’s about 258 I think anyway she’s lost a lot of
weight she has health issues and she has 34 subscribers so please go subscribe I
hope that she does her weigh ins on YouTube too I’m assuming she will
because her channel is about Keto and weight loss okay Keto Odyssey Leslie Staubs I’m going to put a link to all of these shoutouts in the description and
hopefully in the comments okay now I’m diverting attention from
what I’m gonna show you it’s gonna be so horrendous oh my gosh I didn’t even
write it down it’s gonna be approximate because I’m using the phone to record
okay it’s a lot you guys I’m not exaggerating like it’s majorly a lot of
weight I can’t okay number three 500 lb fasting lady okay so Cole Robinson
the creator of the snake diet when I first found out about him a year ago he
kept after and offering people $5,000 to lose like I don’t know 100 pounds
in 90 days I don’t know what he used to offer but he used to offer um he just
wanted people to lose weight and he wanted to share a story of fast weight
loss with fasting and he kept offering people money I remember a woman he
offered she took the challenge made her post quit like then a guy did it I was
so excited I pressed the follow the post like I wanted to follow their journey
and I wanted them to lose weight but money is a big motivator nobody even
like did a month or two on his what he called me he was going to coach them to
nobody did it so now he decided which he’s been talking about this for months
and months before he even found her he has taken a 500 pound
woman um young lady to live with him he said six months but it kind of seems
like until she gets to 180 I think she’s five nine that’s me
until she gets about to 180 I like that you know that’s the first number he said
so I am so excited she’s sweet she’s nice and she’s documenting the journey
on YouTube so 500 pound fasting lady I’ve loved this and if Cole Robinson or
anybody man wanted to make a camp for fasting I would so donate monthly to
that because it would be amazing and I would go to it because I need
supervision – but not for six months but like a fasting camp how cool would that
be I want him to do that okay number four
and these are not in any particular order number four shout out is talking
tummy talking Tommy I’m shouting you out because we’re in a competition to
Wonderland him and I are pretty close to wait I think I surpassed his weight
today is his weigh-in I’m expecting a weigh-in video um if it’s a if he can
down there is going through hurricane right now so I don’t know but I’m in a
race with talking Tommy so if you want to see our race which I won’t really be
talking about that a lot but it’s there I’m in the race and I’m in a competition
with anyone that is my weight or close to it okay we are you and I are on a
race to 199 okay I need every mind game possible and some people have passed me
it’s so embarrassing okay I was way lower than some people and now they’re
like 180 and I’m like still like this astronomical number that you’re about to
see let me see okay number five taking down fat with Cdubs I was on his
livestream the other day and he challenged me to take a C dubs diet
personalized for me this is what he told me um he said he would love to see me do
a salad with um a little dressing not a lot of
calories and what do you call it that would be one meal and then have my
regular omad meal he would like me to do that for two weeks okay um just a
shout-out because I appreciate that and I want you if if you watch this video to
stop it right now because I don’t want you to see this because you’re gonna be
upset and I just don’t want you to see that come back in a week and watch that
see those I appreciate you wanted me to do that diet and I really do love salads
um I feel like it’s more about like I can stick to any plan it’s just about
not sabotaging it at the end and then when I sabotage it
want to just wait and wait and wait till I just came back a whole bunch away okay
number six is mariah Victoria um I feel really embarrassed because she gave me a
shout out and I got so many subs from that shadow so a lot of her people are
here and her and I do something very similar she lost a lot of weight during
her 54 day fast you could go watch that um she doesn’t man I just like her a lot
though because I could relate so much and she lives in Puerto Rico and her
motto is live live the best life live dang it that’s horrible cuz I watched
every video live your best life I don’t know I had to come I had to give her
another shout-out cuz I can’t remember what live the life you want
I think this lived the life you want I love that because I feel like she’s
living the life she wants in Puerto Rico um and she’s an entrepreneur and I don’t
know I think she living the lifestyle know what and she wants to lose the
weight and she doesn’t want to gain the way back and I just so totally relate
okay and then seven I’m so sorry Stacey Hawkins is a Hawkins Stacey left message
on my video yesterday I know this is so long I’m gonna say my wait no I’m and
I’m gonna just give this last shut up she put a comment that said something
about she understands and she was off her plan for five days and she started
again over today and she’s with me she’s doing it to you guys I’m doing
I’m gonna put today which is September 2nd as my day one of the OMAD diet
1000 calories seven-day challenge because I just really really horribly
did I just can’t even think of all the bad words I should say how I did since
for five days like I did okay on to and then I did that for the other ones okay
so now for the weight turn off if you’re going to be this point at which you are
just don’t even look at this okay thanks for making it this far in the video and
I really I feel like I’m the queen of hype I’m gonna talk about that at
another time I feel like I just hyped up myself and I just believe in myself so
maybe that’s why people still give me positive I am expecting negative again
but mentally I think I’m good with it I really do so I don’t know let’s see
today I was to 15.6 on for day 335 results and today I’m about I know it’s
definitely 228 I’m not proud of that okay I am happy about life and I’m happy
about all my shoutouts okay I’m really happy cuz I’m not alone period and I
know there’s so many more people I can talk about um I’m not proud of that I
believe it was point 6 I’m not doing the math which it’s easy to do that math I’m
sorry guys that’s all I can say I’m really sorry and hopefully one day this
will not happen I really wish people would just don’t I
will really wish people would just come back in two weeks and then see this
number like you know 210 or something so Brian

  2. Just keep going. I have being yoyo dieting lately but I am ready to commit to my weight loss again. I will stick to omad, I will try to include keto ,I will count calories and I will exercise., also I am planning to weight myself only once a week.

  9. Maybe you should try to just maintain your weight for the next few weeks. Then, resume your fasting plan in October. You have been going at this hard for a while, so maybe you need some time to reflect and really get your head back in the game. I am in a 9-week challenge right now (wanting to lose another 12-15 pounds in that time), but I have already decided that from November 25- December 31 I am going into straight maintenance mode. I will hit it again in January to drop the last 10 pounds. Losing weight is hard and taxing. We all need a break to make sure we don't go so far off the rails that we gain back all that we worked so hard to lose. You can do it, Mieka!

This is a weightloss JOURNEY, it will be full of twist and turns, I refuse to give up!! I'm going to turn disappointment into triumph and I know you will too. I'm beginning to understand that I have to work on my mindset as well as my diet plan. As usual, I look forward to your next video.

  15. Great positive attitude πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ Yo-yo fasting messed me up with the constant weight fluctuations and feeling very puffy once I would go back to eating. Even when I ate well and exercised the weight would creep back up and then some and it was an exhausting roller coaster. At 5'4 and 140 it took me a couple of months to get my body back on regular old school 3 meals a day (non-keto) and I love it. Listen to your body and do what works best for you sis.

  17. Try and see if you can get you ONE meal that you like and just eat only that. ONE meal. No snacks, no cheating, be boring baby! Once you cut out those hidden triggers you will be fine. All they do is make you want to binge even more. You can do it, but first YOU must believe it😍 You got this
