UNSEEN WEIGHT LOSS VLOGS 2018- Why I Stopped Weighing Myself


hey guys today I want to talk briefly to
you about why I stopped weighing myself every Monday um the reason why I stopped
weighing myself every Monday is because it’s not healthy it’s not healthy to
give your viewers and your potential subscribers content like that where
you’re getting on the scale every weekend you’re allegedly losing all this
weight it’s just not healthy and then it’s not healthy for me because then I
feel like I have to meet a quota every week and you know cortisol that we
raised in the body also can stop us we losing weight and I really feel like I
could’ve lost more weight or I set myself up to feel from stress mental
stress of knowing that I had to make a lesser weight on the scale for my Monday
weigh-ins and it just wasn’t fun anymore and this content that I make on my
channel I want it to be fun I don’t want it to be stressful I don’t want to feel
like I’m pressuring myself or the people who are looking at my content I’m here
to motivate people who choose to watch my content and it’s not always about how
much you weigh on the scale so I had to stop doing this weekly weigh-in now
while I still do a weigh-in of course I’ll still do a weigh-in I’ll do a
weigh-in when I hit milestones that I think that are appropriate to share with
my viewers of my subscribers but to do a weigh-in every Monday I will not be
doing Monday weigh-ins anymore I’m going to give myself a break and a peace of
mind I’m trying to heal myself in healing is not stressing the body out
about a damn weigh-in video so that’s why I stopped going the weigh-in videos
and that’s what I’m going to continue to not do them because it’s just too
stressful and you know what it’s not all about how
much the scale weighs it’s all about being proactive and what you’re gonna do
after losing the weight phase to to keep the weight off I just want to be here as
a motive national to drive you guys to limp a
better life and to do more healthier things and I think that you’ve seen me
get on the scale weighing myself every Monday is not healthy to be showing you
and then seeing you do a duplication of what I’m doing thinking that that’s
healthy that’s not healthy weighing yourself for the whole public to see
every Monday because every Monday is not gonna be a good day you know and what am
I gonna do one Monday when I don’t lose any weight
just stop the journey things like that can happen when you start putting a lot
of demands on yourself so the best thing for me to do is I still do weigh-ins but
it will be when I feel that I’ve reached a substantial my milestone and then I
will let you guys know okay I lost five pounds I lost 10 pounds I’m at this
point of my weight loss and this is how much I have to lose but until we get to
that milestone I will not be weighing myself in on Mondays so with all that
