hi it’s Mieka fasting weight loss and
here is my fasting refeed video update today school was canceled due to ice and
snow so there was no exercise at the gym today we are all stuck at home yesterday
I did great on exercise I did one hour 30 minutes on the elliptical and I
appreciate everyone that was there for my livestream it’s what made me go even
longer if you don’t know the elliptical is my favorite machine I also went back
to the gym in the evening because Niki speaks wanted to go in the Whirlpool hot
tub so we spent ooh in ok we spent about 20 minutes in the hot tub in 10 minute
increments and we also did 20 minutes of water exercise in the pool ok my video
is kind of out of order but I went to the casino buffet with my mother and I
had a omad fasting refeed meal i didn’t weigh in today because i didn’t
want to see what the skill says after my fasting refeed all weigh in at the end
of this current 72-hour fast my next meal is going to be during the Chiefs
game on Sunday which is 2 p.m. Central Standard Time yeah I’m excited for that
I’m a cheese fan okay I’m having my refeed mill after 72
hours fasted I actually went past it by 21 minutes I’m having salad sprouts
one mushroom I don’t like mushrooms with their healthy cauliflower
I mean broccoli cucumber three different types of leaves then I’m having and I’m
only sharing some of what I’m having you know cuz I’m not gonna tell everything
but this is mostly what I’m having this fried chicken I’m gonna break it up and
put it on this with blue cheese dressing this is Mexican mixed vegetables this is
beef brisket this is broccoli chicken and broccoli this is spicy green beans
this is sweet-and-sour chicken and this is vegetables

  1. Holding strong at 30 hours fasted. Wow, I am learning different editing skills slowly lol. It is messy audio now but I will master it and then add it to my youtube course. Coming someday lol. 2020 other goals after weight loss goals.

  2. Ooooooh looks delishโฃ I love sprouts & I eat raw mushrooms like apples lol. When I cook mushrooms they are my "meat" since they are meaty….love them with a splash of teriyaki sauce. Hopefully my re-feed meal is tomorrow. Let's just say, I have "plans" for it. If not, I'll just keep on plugging through until Wed.
