Setting Realistic Goal For Weight Loss-There Isn’t A ONE Size FIT ALL

hey guys today we’re talking about
setting realistic goals this video came about because I had someone that I knew
who had said how is it that you’re able to be so disciplined you I workout even
if my sometimes my food what I put what I eat is not correct I definitely work
out I won workout because the workout that I’m doing I can stick with I’m not
doing a program or something at the gym that everyone else is doing I’m doing
what works for me and that’s why I want to get on to stick into realistic goals
if you don’t stick to a realistic goal then you are going to gain weight more
weight or stay the weight that you are and never lose the weight and then at
one point of your life you’re going to get sick of trying to lose weight and
you’re not going to try to lose it at all because what’s the sense if you’re
not seeing any progress and if I said I can give to you is that for number one
we have to get control over what we eat it starts in the kitchen I’m not telling
you to eliminate the foods that you were eating but whatever you were eating good
or bad you’re gonna have to cut those portion sizes in half you’re going to I
would recommend someone who feels as though they have to eat every day eat
three meals a day and not any snacks in between but eat breakfast lunch and
dinner and perhaps pushing the breakfast to lunchtime in the the second meal make
it making it a meal but it’s you know it’s considered a snack so the meal will
be a little bit smaller but it that’ll be a snack meal and then have your
dinner and have a reasonable portion size dinner and find a workout regimen
that’s going to work for you there’s people who do
if I did Jumba I could not do Zumba seven days a week that’s why I do my
stationary bike I have a Proform that I do every day with just cardio it’s a low
intensity workout and I’m able to work out seven days a week because my workout
and my food regiment that I eat when I do eat or not juicing works for me you
have to do what works for you not what works for me not what works for your
best friend you have to do what works for you you have to find a workout that
you can do at least three to four days a week or more
I’m just saying on the low end and you have to find an eating plan that can
work for you where you’re not cheating more than you’re on that regimen so the
keto is something that can work for you or or high carb you know diet is
something that will work for you you have to do it works for you you can’t
say well they’re saying the high carb diet isn’t good for me I should do keto
you have to do what makes you happy what makes you function like you’re supposed
to while on a weight-loss journey in order
for your weight loss to be successful that’s just as simple as that you have
to get your eating portions under control and decide what workout you can
do realistically every single day or at least four to five times a day you might
not be like me seven days a week maybe you might want to work yourself up to
seven days six or seven days as the weight drops because I do know that when
you’re usually starting your weight loss journey where sometimes so heavy that we
can’t jump around or even pedal a station everybody or a bike that’s that
you that you ride outside like you could if you were 20 pounds lighter so you
might have to lose 20 pounds and then pick a regiment
to do as a workout and stick to that but you have to do what works for you this
is not a one size fit all what I do on a daily basis is what I do that doesn’t
mean it’s gonna work for you just because it works for me don’t get stuck
in trying to follow these exercise fads on Instagram and Facebook you have to
get stuck with what’s in for you so with all that being said please subscribe to
the channel like and share this video and make it a favorite and I’ll see you
guys in the next video bye for now
