ROL DEL INTESTINO GRUESO [#04 Darm mit Charme]

Hi! I’m Lenus and this is a new video about health I’m gonna talk about our large intestino role for that I will make two quotes about the book
Darm mit Charme by Giulia Enders, but.. I want to make the quotes
separated to go deeply on each one of those quotes so the first quote is our large intestine takes care of things that cannot be absorbed in the small intestine in other videos I’ll talk about more specific things about the small intestine, and others related with the large intestine like bacteria bacterial overgrowth and other things like that but what I want to say basically in here is that our small intestine is really long,
with a long surface which help us to digest a lot of food as you know we eat a lot during the day we have breakfast, lunch and dinner at minimum beside that there are foods we consume between meals so you may be wandering how all of that gets in? or how we absorb all of that? the small intestine will try to
use that time with all it’s surface to digest all the food as fast as possible,
if it can’t then it gave it to the large intestine where food will be acumulated so it can be digested with more time, that’s why food is digested within 16 hours or even some chemical compounds like trans fat can take up to 40 days to be completely digested so we have more time where our large intestine can take it’s pace to digest certain compounds that can be calcium which the small intestine didn’t digest what our body mainly digest are fats and carbohidrates especially if they’re simple and break down because those are easier to digest but when food isn’t easy to digest is when our large intestine help us to digest even the last thing that our body could use that is, we wouldn’t waste anything that’s why our body is so smart to exploit wisely the foods we consume well, that’s the first quote by
Giulia Enders that I wanted to talk about the second one is The final few inches (or centimeters) of the large intestine, however, do not send their blood to the detoxifying liver; blood from their vessels goes straight into the main circulatory system what Giulia Enders is saying is
that when you eat something it reaches first our liver before
it gets into the blood stream so when you absorb, or your small intestine absorb this food components what it does is to take them and send them to the liver to make a final supervision of the food that you consume and then they go into the blood in the case of antibiotics antibiotics have high dosis so when they reach the liver the liver will try to eliminate it
so the antibiotic loss its toxins by the end it will still have small portions
of the antibiotic free in the blood that’s why pharmacies raise their doses on antibiotics which show us that it is not good if our own body tries to destroy it, our own liver want to destroy it is because is not good, is not useful that’s something I’ll leave here for you to think about beside that since we have that problem, pharmacies have this problem with the liver what they do is create another antibiotics that
can be applied directly through the rectum because those last centimeters of the large intestine have no liver filter, I mean all the antibiotics that are applied on this zone will go directly to the blood,
and that’s why those have smaller doses but yet antibiotics will never be good our own body tell us because it is wise
and knows what is useful and what is not so it’s something you have to consider
the next time you’ll buy an antibiotic or if you used to consume antibiotics
the smart thing is to search options or natural alternatives that can help you
replace all those artificial products something else I want to add is that we have first our small intestine and then the large intestine in the small intestine we’ll find some
bacteria that our body needs because bacteria will help us to disintegrate food and even bacteria fight for us fight against virus and pathologies that are on food that we’ll see in other quotes by Giulia Enders but the important thing that I want to leave clear is that in our small intestine are some bacteria and in the large intestine are the majority of bacteria because there’s where bacteria will take
it’s time to search all the elements that are useful for our body and then to be absorbed so those could be used to sum up I want to say that our
large intestine is in charge of.. digesting foods with more detail
so we don’t waste anything and also that antibiotics aren’t good in no way since those are artificial
and our own liver knows it well that was all don’t forget to Stay Healthy!
and to Subscribe! see you in the next video
