Motivation Fat Loss Transformation 2013-2017


إسمي بخاري صابر و هذه هي قصة التحول لنرى كيف كنت من قبل و ما الذي دفعني نحو التغيير كان وزني 137 كيلو كنت آكل كثيرا و بشراهة بدأت بعض الاختلالات الغير الطبيعية في جسمي، و حدثت عدة مشاكل إظطررت إلى القيام بتغيير و كانت البداية في سنة 2013 خلال 6 أشهر الأولى فقدت 20 كيلو من وزني بدأت النتائج في الظهور مما حفزني لبذل مجهوذات اكثر صرت أزن 110 كيلو لكني لم اعد أكثرت للوزن
لأنني كنت أقوم ببناء العضلات الآن بدأت أتعلم كيفية حساب السعرات الحرارية و المكونات الغذائية التي يحتاجها الجسم. أصبحت الحياة الصحية هي شغلي الشاغل لم أتوقف حين تحقيقي لهدف بل كنت اعد هدف آخر اسلوب الحياة هذا أصبح شغفي 102 كيلو سنة 2016 كنت أمارس عدة رياضات أخرى فكانت مليئة بالإصابات الجسدية منها والعاطفية لكن ذلك لن يستطيع إيقافي كنت أستمتع ببعض الوجبات بالرغم من إلتزامي بالحمية الغذائية. حان وقت تفعيل المزاج الوحشي بدأت سنة 2017 بنية واحدة و هي أن أحقق الأهداف الجديدة بعد مرحلة تضخيم بدأت التنشيف(ازالة الدهون) هذه كانت رحلتي من 2013 إلى 2017
إذا استطعت القيام بهذا، فلا شيئ يمنعك من القيام به أيضا أنا الآن جائع لتحقيق أهداف أخرى.

I was 120, then fought for weight loss at the age of 34, I lost more inches than kgs, hardly touched 99 in 6 months, then stopped work out, gained again 115, again started workout, reached 100 again. Again became lazy and gained 115. Now started again 3 weeks ago, now touched 111. Hoooh. Very difficult to manage office, home and gym. But you just need dedication. Everything is possible. Now my target is 90. Im getting 39 in 2 weeks. Hope I can continue. 🙂

  4. Great job man! But I gotta say @5:12 That's just kinda dumb dude XD you're doing half reps (which stresses out your knees more than your quads…probably one of the many reasons why you're wearing knee sleeves) with way more weight than you need to build your quads (which is what the leg press is for: do squats to strengthen your knees). Cut the ego lifting: lift slower and more thoughtfully at half that weight (ok…maybe 300kg :-P) and you will get better results AND have far fewer injuries. It's never too late to learn new ways to lift, and you have to be kind to your body as you grow as a person (and age as well…nothing lasts forever!). Treat your body well and it will double back with even more good results 🙂

    That being all said @5:58 that is AWESOME dude…cuts are so overrated 😛 you bulked very good. It might not be very aesthetic, but who cares when you can lift massive amounts of weight and build a TON of muscle? Save the cut for when you are already jacked, I think you did it right. People tend to cut too quickly into building muscle…and with spring coming in the US, I definitely feel the pressure (I have way too much abdominal fat and the dreaded "love handles", so I need to do a slow cut).

Now im down to 201, so ready to be under 200, i havent been under 200lbs since i was 11 or 12 years old. i never lift tho, my only form of exercise is basketball. this motivated me to get back into lifting bro. congrats on your success!!!!!!! amazing transformation!!

I don't know I'm 26 yr old 90kgs and 5'8 with back pain and I skip the morning breakfast and eat little compared to wen I was in college sleep late and wake up 11 in the morning is there any possibility of me to loose weight and get into shape?! And my wrists and palms, fingers are small is there any possibility of me loosing 40 kgs within a year and get back into shape?! Anyone pls tell something viable

    Please genuine souls out there tell a proper diet plan and excercise plan. That actually works I'm unemployed so I can work hard as much more than anyone else so tell me friends
