This is a wonderful alternative to pasta and I know many of you who are really wanting
your pasta back. I get it. I understand. This pasta is actually made from black beans, so
it’s high in protein, low in carbs, high in iron and vitamins and minerals, because we
all know that black beans do come high in vitamins and minerals and the neat thing about
this is you can prepare it just like your old pasta that you used to eat bowls of.
