Losing 40 Pounds Fast [Day 81] My Weight Loss Journey


hi everyone its mieka fasting weight
loss and if you’re not already already subscribed please do so now every day I
upload my weight loss results and I started 81 days ago at 273.2 pounds and yesterday morning I was 224 I think I’m
going for a100 pounds weight loss just for the purpose of YouTube to show people you
can lose 100 pounds and I’m gonna do it within five to six months as I get
closer to that goal I’m gonna slow it down and it’s gonna slow down by itself
because when you get closer to your goal that’s what happens okay so yesterday I
ate no food so that’s what the f stands for no food they 81 and my weight loss
journey day 16 of my 30 day extreme weight loss
challenge I was going for 46 pounds pounds in one month and I said here it
is Monday December 17th at 5:23 a.m. i sat here for 20 minutes playing on my
calculator because my mind is getting to me am I gonna lose the 46 pounds and
then I saw it I’m gonna change it because I’m gonna start feeling really
I’m gonna beat myself up if I don’t lose the 46 and I don’t want to fast the
whole 14 days that I have left I want to eat sometimes so I’m changing to lose 40 pounds in 1 month
which is still gonna be extreme for one month I’m still gonna have to do a lot
of fasting like this is my plan for December 14th to the 20th I can’t even
eat all these days because that’s a lot of weight I still have to
I think I have to lose 1.8 average a day where the rest of the days oh I’m gonna
have to do a lot of fast then I’m out to dry fast fasting I’m how to do
everything no food um someone asks yesterday do I drink water yes I drink
water I put it pink salt I add electrolytes
I’m also it’s not water fasting you guys I’m not doing water fasting right now I
will also drink like Powerade I feel like I need it I probably don’t I
could just use the snake juice which is pink salt. pink pink Himalayan salt and
no salt which is potassium you could get it at Walmart you could get it at
Amazon you must put those things in your water so you don’t pee out all of your
electrolytes and get dehydrated I feel weak that snake juice makes you feel
better okay um let’s see yeah so I do have this this is not good it’s better
to just water fast but this is what I’m using I’m using zero calorie drinks oh
my gosh I bought vitamin water yesterday cuz I went to Walmart I wanted the
Powerade zero and I got regular I got spring water for 97 cents to make my
snake juice but I wanted something else and I found vitamin water with zero
calories I went to drink some last night why the heck did is say three carbs or
four clubs I was like what the heck do you have zero calories and carbs so I
can’t have that I’m gonna have one too today cuz I get to eat today okay I get
to eat but it’s not exciting because I need to lose one point eight and you see
what happens when I eat look oh my gosh so I’m not I’m not gonna tell you yeah
at the end of the video I tell you how much I lost well if you
the seven eight nine ten eleven twelve thirteen and at it like if I’m going to
gain that way you guys I would’ve easily made my forty six but because I eat I
ate one one one two three four five I eat five times in the last 16 days which
is good yeah that’s good that’s extreme I don’t care I’m extreme I’m going for
40 pounds now I’m not gonna lower that again I’m gonna try to go all out
for the 40 pounds weight loss yeah that’s still extreme this is hardcore okay I’m
barely eating I’m not having sugar I had no sugar any
of these days I had little bit of hidden sugars and sauces and stuff I don’t care
I’m talking pure cake and cookies and ice cream which is yummy
okay let’s see so 14th to the 16th – no food that was 4 day fast today I get
to eat for 8 hours I did that because when you do a four day fast oh
my gosh the food will go straight through you I’m empty
so I’m going to work at the mail job which I do lifting and walking for the
whole time oh my gosh if I eat is probably gonna I’m probably have to go
straight to the toilet so that’s why I do 8 hours because I want to
gradually safely break my fast I’m gonna do eggs cheese gosh I gotta go make my
food yeah I bet I won’t have any tuna dang it I wanted to make egg and tuna
with celery mustard and maybe cream cheese or sour cream and mix it up
that’s what I wanted to have that lunch and work today I don’t think I have tuna
but I have chicken hmm I have chicken that I bought a rotisserie chicken and
that’s what my kids ate yesterday I’ve saved a tiny butt for me because I want
to make the egg cups the chicken but I think I’m gonna use
that for a seg salad I need to get going cook okay 20 carbs mix 20 carbs Max and
I’m going to make keto shortbread cookies it’s gonna have almond flour
butter cream cheese I can t remember or I’m gonna make keto pudding cheesecake
thing that’s gonna be probably two carbs each but the rest of my food is gonna be
eggs ground beef chicken like no carbs and a little cheese so I’m staying as
close to 20 as possible and I don’t want to gain weight because oh that’ll really
set me back okay so then I’m gonna do I’m doing 16
hours fast eight hours eating then Tuesday 20 hour fast 4 hours eating
Wednesday is gonna be like a cheat day hi it’s gonna be all mad which is one
meal a day I’m going to eat once one meal it’s not gonna have carb
restrictions but it’s gonna be dang I have so many clients on Wednesday cuz
it’s Christmas come in I have so many hair clients and it’s my last week of
the post office oh my gosh this week is gonna be super duper the busiest year of
my whole the busiest week of my whole entire year that’s why I’m changing it
so from 46 pounds of 40 pounds 40 pounds I’m gonna lose 40 pounds of 30 days and
yeah I have to just change it I don’t have to but I want to Wednesday OMAD one meal but
the carbs is gonna be not a big restriction oh man I should really
change something I should fast here and do like 6 hours here cuz I might need
a pick-me-up doing all them clients dang it I’m
gonna do 5 hours of post office and I’m gonna do like 10 hours at the hair
at least ten hours I’m gonna do ten hours there’s gonna be 15 hours
I need to change this you guys I’m gonna change this yeah I gotta change it okay
so instead of oh man I’m gonna do eight hours then I’m gonna do I’m gonna do
eight hours and then I’m gonna do eight hours twenty carbs and then
I’m gonna do Thursday I’m gonna take up the OMAD one meal
because I’m gonna work so many hours I’m gonna feel so weak you guys and I don’t
want to feel like that I want to have like a snack in between clients or
something so I’m gonna do a six-hour eating window so I’m gonna don’t eat for
18 hours and then I’m going to have a 20 carbs of Max so I’ll make like tuna or I
have cheese or I have some kind of low carb nuts maybe macadamia nuts 20 carbs
max okay I have to do that like I want to do that just for my own well-being
and how I feel that day okay but the 24th is the last day or the 23rd
is the last day of the post office job I have more time I can get back to the gym
and then after the 20 oh the day of Christmas
Man the day of Christmas and right after I could be kind of more extreme go to
the gym my clients are all gonna be fixed they’re not gonna want to come
back until like right before New Year’s whoever I didn’t do for Christmas with
confidence so yes no results so I did meet exercise nothing because I didn’t
go to the post office yeah so but I still lost cuz I didn’t mean not a giant
loss but it’s a loss to 22.4 that’s minus 1.6 pounds see you guys it’s slowing down because
I’ve been on this journey 81 days my body is really clean like I would have
been more extreme at the beginning I started with omad one meal a day and
intermittent fasting I was not strict at all now as I’m
coming down to the first of the year that’s why I decided to get extreme the
first month I did this I could easily you lost 50 pounds in one month cuz I
started higher and my body was not in such a clean fasted state now it’s like
it’s gonna slow down so this last this is gonna be hard
I’m not too really really fast and dry fasten all kinds of stuff so like this

  2. Congrats on your weight loss and you are killing it. I was feeling tired on Saturday myself. I think I am not getting enough electrolytes. I am going to buy some pink salt I heard about and start taking vitamins to see if that helps. Great job Mieka 🙂

  5. Hi Mieka! It's Wendy, I'm still here! I am still following you. I got super sick and still pretty sick and so tired. Weight keeps going to 167 then back to 169 and 170 and I don't get why. Might be the meds and being sick. I don't know. Will update better details when I feel better but its been a week and I don't want you to think I bailed. I am still with you! Just.. ick. 40 is good. I am about giving up on getting to 159 by Christmas but original goal was 169 and I changed it. Trying to be good with that but I get obsessed. Talk to you soon. Keep going girl. You can do it!!

I’ve tried on my own but it doesn’t take much to fall off if it’s just myself to have to be accountable to😒. I used to vlog but not comfortable with it anymore but I may reconsider.
