    day 1: i tried this work out and died on the floor. yay. it was super challenging and although i willed myself through the moves i had to take a 5 minute break after doing 6 or 7 activities. SUPER HELPFUL THOUGH!!

  11. Started on Jan 1st and wanted to update with my progress. Did all the workouts for this week with intermittent fasting. I also mixed in some dumbbell work on the days that didn’t feel as intense or did the workout twice (day one and day 5 especially) For the optional cardio day I did a 10 min HIIT circuit (one of emi’s videos) I’ve lost 2.2 pounds so far.

    I think to see good results you need to diet or workout a bit extra (on the workout days, keep rest days) We’ll see how next week goes (I’m going to do cardio today and tomorrow though, probably some jump rope and 10 min HIIT)

  26. I literally just died. I started doing it today and before doing the actual workout I stretched and used some of your video. I just got into the 7 min mark of this video and I was already exhausted and my heart is beating frantically and I was confused and disoriented and dizzy aaaand I fell into my mat and I really felt like puking my guts out.

    137 lbs; 5' 2 1/2"; I do 40-45 mins of exercise and 20 mins stretching daily so i'm not doing just this video! I use her 30min videos on top of this one or add up multiple shorter videos.
