  23. I jog for only about 10 minutes a day 15 minutes max and do 3 to 4 days of strength training along with MMA training which i count as my speed workout. The whole key is to eat healthy since I start 9 in the morning for work that's when I go for my jog and after work only 3 to 4 times a week I'll train at my fight gym. Help – What – Help – from 1:16 to 1;26 she says if Im running from 45 to 60 minutes I got that I rewound the film 3 times then she used the word ( after that ) you want to try take in so many calories every 20 minutes yep got that also. but then 1;22 to 1;26 she says the word and try to keep that pace going, what does that mean , do i take in calories as I run or after the run. Can i take in calories by diluting my 4 bottles of water in the gym with some nutrients in the water mixed.
