    I am 24
    167 cm tall
    58 kilos
    I changed healthy food,no bread,my food are almost always chicken and vegetables,salads.Drinks only water and a lots of water,no juices nothing unhealthy food.
    Drink only green and black tea,no sugar.Tryed food with faster metabolism.
    Trying not to eat too late after 18-19 pm.
    Started fat burning workout every morning and every day at least one hour.I sweat a lot.
    And still don't see any difference only my stomach is more flat.
    But legs are too fat,nothing is coming out from there,even my legs and back are sweat.
    Idk what I do wrong I just can't lose any more weight to 55-54 kilos.
    Any help anyone? I am so upset.

  8. Legumes, like lentils, field peas they are high in protein. 10g of protein of 1/4 that. Beans have 6 to 8 g of protein. Seeds like quinoa and flaxseed are high in protein
