How to lose weight and reduce sugar cravings – Berberine Plus with Ceylon Cinnamon


Hi YouTube family it’s Lola from Lola’s Life Lessons, and I’m here with my husband Stan and we’re here to do another video for you guys. As you know, well, some of you guys know I have been on weight loss journey and even though I’m at my goal weight. I’m always still in the hunt for weight loss products… if you’re new to my channel hit the subscribe button and click that notification bell for future videos. So Stan and I we’ve been trying out a new product it is the Berberine… berberine plus and It’s from a company called Simple Wonders. I believe yeah simple wonders. So I thought it would be a really good idea if Stan’s tried the product with me because we’re on two completely different diets. I’m on a omad diet which is one meal a day. So I eat. I fast for 20 hours and I have eating window up 4 hours and during that time. I eat whatever I want. I even eat carbs too. And Stan… I love my food. I’m on a no diet. I’m eating three times a day. And yeah… I eat my normal stuff like chicken and fish, vegetables. Nothing special, nothing crazy… there Stan also works out 3 times a week. Yeah. I don’t work out. I walk. I go for a walk now and again. So actually, you know what? Like, I’m actually loving the product. I’m really impressed by it. What is in it is…actually it’s berberine and So berberine… I’m sure you guys have heard of berberine. It’s pretty hot right now. But a lot of people that have diabetes. They take berberine as a substitute for their medication, so I’m not saying for you guys to stop taking your medication… if you have diabetes but a lot of people use it as a substitute and what it does is is it lowers your blood sugar and it also helps with weight loss. So I wanted to see if what effect it would have on me. I don’t have diabetes. Neither do i. Yeah, so we wanted to see what effect it would have on us. So what I experienced was… I’m still at my maintenance weight. I’m around 128. I’m gonna show like a little video or something here. I’m around 128! So it didn’t affect my weight, but what I did notice was that it actually helped with my sugar cravings. I crave sugar all the time, but when I was taking this berberine. I noticed that I did not have the sugar cravings. I took one pill when I would have my omad and there were occasional days where I did take the two pills and I noticed that when I took the two pills it actually helped with my cravings… sugar cravings even more. So that’s my experience. I’ve been taking it once a day. Didn’t notice anything crazy about sugar but in the last three weeks. I’ve lost 6 pounds. That’s awesome! So… I am not on a diet. Exercise three times a week. Eat my regular meals and taking this. Yeah, so I love it. So now of course, you know when we do our reviews. It’s great to hear all the positive things about a product and how we love it. But there’s you know, I like to get my feedback as well. So one… two things two things I wanted to mention. It’s it’s the colors it’s a little bit hard to read against the back against the black for me. So Um, I don’t know? I think if it was maybe white and maybe bigger, right. I think bigger is the thing… I’m almost 50 and I can’t read this without a magnifying glass. Yeah, so That and the other thing is that I wish I had more. That’s the only thing because it’s the one that we have is 60 capsules and we have maybe like a week’s worth left. But I mean, I absolutely love it. You can get it on Amazon. And also I’m gonna put a link to the company where you can get it. So yeah, I go try it if you’re trying to lose weight. If you have diabetes, check with the doctor first.
