Hi, I am Cindy Black, the founder of the big tree school of natural healing and today i want to show you how to find this really great acupoint, Large Intestine 10. Frst we have to locate Large Intestine 11. Remember the way to do that is to bend the elbow. Now, find that elbow crease and at the very tip, the lateral or outside tip of the elbow crease is the Large Intestine 11 point. To find Large Intestine 10, we just have to slide towards the hand a little bit. The official distance is 2 cun (“tsoon”). A cun is a thumb width. The other thing you need to make sure of is that your hand is in neutral. We need to be on top of this part of the forearm. I find Large Intestine 11 first. Move 2 cun this way so that’s two thumb widths. One way I can that is one from here another one here.
