I often seen those who have weaker digestive system they just swallow the food instead of chewing it then you have to take care of one thing, whenever you are about to have your meal then first of all you notice that how much time you chew your one bite if you will chew it for at least 25-30 times then the saliva then saliva will mix and then that food will go into your body and when lot of saliva will go along with the food, then there will be no load on your digestive system. and your digestive system will become strong So, first of all you have to take care of one thing that how much you chew your food and secondly that what you are eating If your digestive system is weak then what all type of deep fried food item or the food items made by refined flour you must not use such items. because they give opposite effect on your digestive system. See, to make your digestive system healthy you can do one remedy, it is very easy method you have to take 1-1 spoon of gooseberry powder along with luke warm water after the lunch and dinner and if you don’t have lukewarm water available with you then can take with normal water also. but if you will take the gooseberry powder after both the meals then only your digestive system will become very strong. and if the gooseberry is available in the season. then what you have to do grind two gooseberries and add bit of black salt in it and the chutni type of mix which will be prepared then take 2 spoon of this paste twice a time in a day after having your meals done. you will notice that you r digestive system will become very strong. you must have to eat 1/2 spoon of fennel seeds after every meal. keep fennel seeds along with you. eat 1/2 spoon of fennel seeds whenever you eat anything. with this also your digestive system will become very strong. along with take care of one thing, as much as youeat chapati or rice. its 4 more time green leafy vegetables , lady finger, spinach & bottle gourd you have to eat 4 times more these vegetables means if you are eating 100 gm of chapati then you have to eat 400 gm of vegetables. if you will do these remedy then only digestive system will become very strong. along with this do take care of your water intake drink at least 2-1/2 to 3 liter of water with this also you digestive system will become strong. so, isn’t the remedy was easy?
