  1. i beleive he refers to the fact that give ur 100%, be intense while u workout, cause there are a lot of people that just give the 50% or something, u see them watching tv o using the cel phone like not focusing or just working out at "confort zone" pace, which is ok but i personally prefer to give my all when i workout, which is diferent to giving ur 150%, thats what can injure urself
