in 22 seconds you’re gonna get a leaner
more attractive body and the way you’re gonna do that you’re gonna do a weight loss exercise that I made up called look better and to do the exercise you just
need a chair put that chip against the wall and in 10 seconds when I say go
we’re going for 90 seconds just copy what I’m doing and join in all right you
ready 3 2 1 go remember going as fast you can
and look it’s possible try to count how many that you do all right just for this
first one count how many that you do you’re trying to get as many as you can
in 90 seconds try to get at least 40 that’s less than one every two seconds
so I think at least 40 of these in 90 seconds and look if you’re a beginner if
you need a low impact version or no jumping version just look in the top
right and that’s how you do those all right keep going remember going as fast
you can trying to count how many that you’re
doing all right I do admit as you can just try to get at least 40 of them for
me or at least 30 to try to get at least 30 that’s one every three seconds that’s
all I’m accident one every three seconds just try to get at least 30 this time
all right I’m gonna tell you why later try to get
at least 30 aren’t you halfway there and look any time that clock in the
lower-right turns yellow if you a beginner or this your first time doing
this workout you can simply stop and stare at the chair all right just simply
stop and stare at the chair and look at it on time or you can switch over to the
low impact version any time that clock turns yellow all right keep going you
got 25 more seconds mama keep counting just for this first time can I mean that
you do when will your goal is to get dirty if you already got dirty and
you’re a beginner simply stop and look at the chair all right keep going you get two more seconds remember we’re
not doing burpees we’re doing an exercise called looking better look
butters how many look butters can you get three two one
stop all right and here’s today’s workout every time I say go you’re going
all-out for 90 seconds and look I gave you a bonus today I’m helping you out if
you look down there towards the middle towards the bottom I’m giving you a
bonus two minutes we’re gonna do this with two minutes straight I think that’s
the fifth one on the sixth one down so I’m helping you out I’m giving you an
extra 30 seconds alright and also if you look on the right you don’t need a chair
you don’t need a chair at all all right long as you have something to touch
remember we’re doing look better you do this exercise anywhere if you have a
wall in your house you can do this exercise if we have a tree outside you
can do this exercise anyway you could put two hands on and do this anywhere
all right again and ten-second let’s say go you’re going all out now remember if
you get 30 on the first one you going for 31 this time all right
just give me that one more are you ready go going on that one as fast you can
and look I’ll make a deal with you all right before I make that deal with you
almost forget this next house also works your lower abs it’s like you’re doing
crunches at the same time also so you burning belly fat and you and you’re
getting a good lower ab workout but back to that deal I’m gonna make it if you
had 30 on the first one all right we got 30 on the first one if you get thirty
one you get thirty one before that clock reaches zero before I say stop you can
stop so you get your number early you can stop early how’s that sound
so all you got to do just get your number early you can stop early get a
longer break you don’t have to go to a whole 90 seconds and again for
intermediate people anytime you want to switch between the low-impact and the
regular version that’s fine just do whatever it takes do whatever it takes
to not give up and again any time that clock in the lower right turn yellow it
is your first time just simply stop I’ll switch to the low impact version
and also remember that diligence made I know I’m throwing out a whole lot
information right there below if you’re a beginner and you got to number early
you can stop early or if it’s yellow you can stop read the main point of trying
maker is I don’t want you to quit today I was wondering if you have to stand
there and look at the chip for the hole for this entire workout I’m gonna still

about the big picture how much better can you look at today’s workout that’s
your goal your goal is to try to look ten percent better one percent but 0.001
percent better whatever it is go for that

we’re doing two Saturday each set is about 19 minutes I think I’m not sure
you’re ready go moving 90 seconds all out get that number
remember these are look better that’s the name of the exercise after you’ve
lost 10 pounds 20 pounds 30 pounds people say hey how did you lose out all
that weight so fast you tell them that you did the exercise called look butters
and they can say hey what up look brothers you can say well they’ll soar

minutes I know you wish that every time I said go it could be 2 minutes but
we’re going right back to 90 seconds it is only but 90 seconds of looking better
this time don’t be mad that is only 90 I know you
want more but right now is only 90 we want to do two minutes works

easier instead of 90 seconds every time I say go you want to go for 60 seconds
or one minute all right halfway there again think about the big fish think

how much more attractive you’re gonna be think about how you’re gonna look when
you’re 20 pounds 30 pounds 40 50 60 100 pounds later think about the reaction
you’re gonna get on Facebook and Instagram when you post it before and
after pictures think about everything think about that brand new dress think
about how your abs gonna look when you walk on the beach think about everything
think about all the reasons why that you’re doing this think about why you
need to do this workout think about why you don’t need to quit think about why
you had the very least need to stand there and look at the chair think about
why you need to keep going why are you doing this why do you need it 3 2 1 stop
all right again like I said you don’t for tea five-second break right here
long break very low and break it again like I said every time I say go it’s 90

can you lose a pound in a minute pretend that it’s possible imagine that it’s
possible right now that’s possible you can lose a pound in 60 seconds if that
was possible how fast what you go right now
how much intensive what you go right now would you stop if you knew you could
lose a pound in 60 seconds no you were not you would not stop you
would keep going come on 40 seconds you’re losing a pound right now truly
believe that can happen all right let’s ramp it up a little bit
get ready this I lose a pound in 30 seconds last 30 second one ramped it up
come on mix you’ll make your last 30 seconds just as intensity your first 30
come on keep going 20 seconds left go on for that pound
keep going come on don’t stop almost there ten seconds come on don’t stop
remember you get a long 60-second break up there that’s no need for you to stop
right now come on at least put your hand on the chair and look at the chair two
one stop all right one more one more 90 more
seconds but like if they get a long 60-second break that’s plenty of time 90
seconds left and look a lot of you asked me how many calories are burning am I’m
doing it right how do I know it’s worth you well look your first clue just look
at the chair if you had any sweat on your chair then look you’re doing
everything right so forth and this workout scares you you’re doing it right
if you begin in 7% if you’d be giving me 7% and guess what you’re gonna look
better after you do this workout face is on fire say is if this workout is
kicking your butt right now don’t worry about how many calories you’re burning
don’t worry about it the low impact version it’s too easy or too hard let’s
look at your chair you’re doing this right 10 seconds
and look chances are if you made it this far to look you’re gonna you’re gonna

so in 45 seconds you just walk in the room you’re not sweating your water
bottles still fool it’s a brand new workout and again remember make sure

to look if you’re not eating right it does work out of just a waste of time so
make sure it’s very important that you do that how to eat section of my fat
loss plan so when you do this workout you’re gonna actually lose weight faster
