David: Keeping motivated on my weight loss plan | Ideal Weight


The results you get are so noticeable so quickly
diets in the past, you know you exercise you eat properly, you lose a pound a week, after
3 weeks you see no difference whatsoever and you get to the point when you think, you know
what, this isn’t working. With this, 8 pound in the first week it was noticeable and i
started on a Monday on on a Sunday i literally was looking at myself in the mirror thinking
i cannot believe the difference in 5 days that then gives you the kick that you need
the following week even though you might be fantasizing about fry ups etc. etc. and I’ve
got to say you’re not hungry you do fantasize about food a little bit, it’s that initial
weight drop that you see that you just think that’s absolutely amazing, that then spurs
you on the following week. get on the scales you’ve lost another 5 pounds and you know
I’ve done a stone and 4 pounds in 3 weeks it gives you the momentum and gives you the
motivation to keep going.
