  1. I cant really do carb cycling as I cant easily assess to protein and healthy fat food in my college, to stay full i always load up with vege and a quater cup of white rice and eat oatmeal in the morning, so my carb intake are always around 100+

  3. How does one do a "no carb" day? Anything with sugar has carbs, even vegetables. Just drink protein shakes with no sugar the whole day?

  4. Max, I usually excersice 5 days a week and rest on weekends. That means that I have to take those days a high carbohydrates diet so the last day of my routine take a medium carb day and a no carb day Saturday?

    what happens with the calories of the 267 gr? do i have to replace them with fats or just eat less calories on low carb day?

  7. This is nonsense. Carbs in forms of wheat and processed foods is nuts. This will cause huge spikes of insulin and bad advise for people

This may not be optimal for most people on a Keto diet…especially beginners..may throw people off track every week/ whenever they come off a carb load with cravings/justification…for me personally, the 2-3 days following a carb load on a CKD are rough, i dont feel good carbing up and having to adapt back to low carbs makes me pretty irritable, have a good amount of water retention/bloating and just generally dont feel good……instead maybe try to just fluctuate your total calories (+20/-20 total cals) on keto, some days i'll even stop my intermittent fasts. Experiment and find what works well for you!

  9. Guys. lost a lot of weight does not need to be hard (I used to think it did). I'll give you some tips now. Look for a popular diet plan program called Fenoboci Diet Plan (just search it on google). Thanks to it I've lost crazy amounts of weight. I should not even be talking about it cause I don't really want a bunch of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I am just simply in a excellent mood today and so I will share the wealth haha.

  11. how about before a refeed day? is it safe to go no carb then the day before , then do your refeed with low fat and replenish?

  12. How can I keep fat low on low carb days if I’m having 1g of protein per body weight lb? Am I supposed to eat less overall on low carb days? Right now I’m doing 20% carbs, 50% fat, and 30% protein on low carb days. Protein stays unchanged. Please help!! Thank u!

  13. I did low carbs for a week and I felt great. By day 10 I looked and felt like shit. You do need carbs, fats, and proteins all together. My energy levels were very low too. Malnutrition is a very serious thing that most do not keep in mind.
