The health benefits of taking apple cider
vinegar and cayenne pepper, and a recipe to use at home.

You Will Need  
250ml Water 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper  
Method:  
Add all of the ingredients to a glass and stir well. Drink this first thing in the morning every
day.

of the body. The cayenne pepper powder contains compounds
which may make the stomach feel warm.  
5. The apple cider vinegar boosts stomach acid
which is needed in order to break down foods more effectively.

  1. I drink that every morning ,my recipe is half teaspoon tumeric,half teaspoon Cayenne pepper ,pinch of black pepper ,one tbsp Apple cider vinegar ,one tbsp lemon juice ,with warm water. u can add organic honey for taste,my digestion has improved
