5 Ways to Make Diarrhea Go Away Fast Without Drugs

Did you know that around two billion cases
of diarrhea are registered around the world per year? This is the data offered by the World Health
Organization. This kind of discomfort, which happens to
most people, has as its main symptom the increased frequency of evacuation. But it is not the only thing. A person suffering from diarrhea also shows
symptoms as watery, loose stools, abdominal cramps, and bloating. You probably have suffered from it at least
once in your life, right? Do you remember what you did to treat diarrhea
in a natural way? That’s what we will see in today’s video! To treat diarrhea at home, in a natural way,
the best thing to do is to eat lightly, especially foods that will help reverse the condition. It is also good to ingest plenty of liquids,
to avoid dehydration. One of the liquids you can ingest is chamomile
tea. Chamomile flower has an anti-inflammatory
and antioxidant action, being great to alleviate cramps, bloating, and many other issues. Besides that, it also helps reduce the frequency
of evacuations, due to its antispasmodic effect. To make chamomile tea, you will need: 1 bunch of chamomile flowers;
8.45 oz. of water; Combine the ingredients in a pan and let it
boil for approximately 15 minutes, in low heat. Turn off the heat, close the pan and let it
cool down. Strain and drink in small gulps, several times
throughout the day. Guava leaf tea
Another good homemade medicine for diarrhea is guava leaf tea since it helps the intestines. Put the water and 1.4 oz. of guava leaves
in a pan and bring it to a boil. Turn off the heat, let it cool down, strain
and drink. Ginger tea
Ginger has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antibacterial properties, all of which are
good for the digestive system. Its antioxidant effects positively affect
the general health of our stomach. To make this tea, cut a piece of ginger, no
bigger than 0.8″, in small slices and put them in boiling water for ten minutes. You can add some lemon and maple syrup to
lessen its strong flavor. You can use ginger powder instead of fresh
ginger. Coconut water
Coconut water is rich in vitamins and minerals that help the body function more efficiently,
which is essential to avoid dehydration. Cinnamon tea
Cinnamon tea has properties that reduce intestinal spasms and alleviate diarrhea and cramps. To make this tea, you will need 1 stick of
cinnamon, either whole or crushed, and 1 cup of boiling water. Add the cinnamon to the boiling water and
let it boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 10 to
15 minutes. This tea must be drank while still hot, 2
to 3 times a day, before meals. Besides these natural medicines to treat diarrhea
at home, you should also: Bet on foods that are rich in fiber to help
regulate the intestine. Oats, for instance, help build fecal matter,
aiding in cases of diarrhea. White rice, banana, and toasts can also help. Another great help comes from probiotics,
which, as we have already seen, help regulate the intestine and improve immunity. Probiotics are a source of “good” bacteria,
which act in the intestinal tract, creating a healthy gut. These living microorganisms exist in certain
foods, such as kefir, kombucha, beet kvass, sauerkraut, Tempeh, coconut yogurt, and many
others. However, if you have tried any of these natural
treatments and still didn’t see any improvements, talk to a doctor, especially if your diarrhea
is strong and happens more than 3 times a day. Diarrhea is a symptom caused by the efforts
of our body to get rid of toxins, irritating agents, or even some infections that can affect
the intestines. Many times, it is accompanied by other unpleasant
symptoms, like excess of gas, intestinal spasms, and abdominal pain. It is important to treat diarrhea as soon
as possible, to avoid other more serious complications, such as weakness or dehydration. Now, tell us: Did you know any of these homemade
medicines? What did you do the last time you had diarrhea?

  1. I had dysentery in Indonesia. I got pills from the doctor but weren't strong enough. I was wasting away with such bad diarrhea. Then my family went to a traditional doctor. They told them to blacken rice on a stove, put in a sieve and pour coconut water through it. I was to drink that. It was extremely bitter! But the effects were immediate.
