3 reasons why most people fail in losing weight.

and wellness coach. In this video I am going to talk to you about why most
people fail in your weight loss plan and I have figured out that there are three
prime reasons why most people fail if you notice most people actually 90%
people fail in their weight loss plans even though they do everything correctly I
mean they are very much consistent in their work in their gym and in their diet
but still they do fail why is it so? so according to me what I have figured out
through my clients and by doing research and by working on myself what I have
figured out is that the first reason why people fail is that people need
immediate gratification people need immediate results when I say
immediate they want to lose weight in a month or we do too much the body does
not work like that if you see you haven’t got your weight within a month
or so you must have eaten carbs and fats and other junk food from a long time
right it does not happen if you eat junk today and within the next one
you gain weight so for something bad to happen it takes time so why do you
expect that for the good to happen it should happen within one month or two
months it does not work like that just think about it guys if you think that
after eating so much of bad food and diet it took a lot of time for you to
actually gain weight then why do you think that just by reducing diet for few
days you will get results within a month so it does not work like that you should
have patience if some form something bad to happen it took time for the good also
if you take some time so have patience that is the first reason you are
definitely going to see results but have patience okay
conditions apply: if you do everything correctly. You can’t just see results
without by doing everything wrong okay when I say everything it’s about exercise
and diet. And second reason why most people fail is that they focus more on exercise
and less on diet as per science and as for the fitness industry fitness is 20%
exercise and 80% diet it’s actually 20% exercise and 80% diet and when it comes
to weight loss particularly weight loss I would say weight loss is 90% diet and
only 10% exercise and that’s really true you can reduce all your weight that you want just
by changing your diet and eating the right diet. You do not have to even exercise at

whether exercise is needed or not and there I have explained why you can

my other videos because in just one video if I include everything it will become too long so understand that without even going to the gym it is possible to
lose weight only thing you have to take care of is the right diet by changing
the diet you can lose your weight without even doing exercise that is what
most people do not understand you should understand if you are struggling a lot
with your weight loss then better change your diet focus more the diet part and
less on the exercise part and the third reason third reason why people fail is
that people reduce their intake of food people reduce their nutrition people
reduce their diet which is wrong weight loss is not about eating less. Understand
please, weight loss is not about eating less. It is about eating right. You donot have to eat
less. Eat the right food because even if you reduce the
amount of food that you take you will be compromising other nutrients that is
required by the body like vitamins minerals and all so those things are
needed by your body what you want to reduce is carbohydrates fats and
proteins these are called macro nutrients you have to reduce the macronutrients
so just by restricting your diet is not gonna help you lose weight
okay so eating less is not the point eating right you have to eat the right
food so these are three main reasons why most people fail and I have made a

what I focus is about how you change your lifestyle and your habit and you
