1st Month Conclusion of Weight Loss


HI!!! hello!!! i am Eric aka Deaf Queer Dude now this video is about … Summary of my first month of weight loss journey will do a review on that SO.. wow.. now it’s March i am very impress with last month worked hard and post new videos almost everyday and tried work on lose my weight now i checked my weight People… I lost… 10 pounds! now my weight is 196 lbs i used to be 206lbs now i am 196 not bad.. last month was really good experience i learned a lot about these include weight loss and diet i hope these did help you remember first day that i mentioned I was 206 lbs now it’s my journey to weight loss that.. then day 2.. about my italian salad Just stir this.. third.. my day three was about.. jogging and stretching then day 4 is about… how to remove the obstacle Sugar… out!! Dont want to have temptation of cookie then Day 5… which focused on my abs workout and.. it was just first week then second week.. was focus on as far.. explained about Apple Cider VInegar then unfortunately.. for two or three i didn’t do film or workout myself and of course i went out for eat that was my downside time so i posted my realization ” i look forward to get motivation.. so thank you for your video” i was watching.. then i started roll my sheeve and back to work and i did do butt workout that was second week then third week was.. I focus on made potatoes and asparagus even it tasted okay after 2nd days there was good tips explaination about jumpstart on weight loss and of course arm workout and.. omelet in the bowl look good! of course that omelet in the bowl was so delicous! I still eat these everyday leg workout then 4th week… it was my birthday so i set a cheat day on that day then I made green smoothie although it look purple seem not really green smoothie more like purple smoothie Yoga.. then last.. Chia Seed Shake done.. it’s simple all videos I made like 18 Videos 18 Videos! i did good job! i am really proud of myself i do wish i lose 15 pounds but 10 pounds is good start because i had some downward days first month was not easy! now i am looking forward for second month hmm I weight 196lbs not bad.. that all of these in summary first month as I did as far I felt good! now… let you know there is new Facebook page check it out you can check it out and Like this i will post new video link notifcation new video link in there see that plus share different tips discussion whatever we talked in there go ahead click like my FB page of course i still have snapchat and Instragram all of three..include this Youtube So..my youtube weight loss journey was good experience let your gay friends to like this Facebook page also check on my youtube page plus add me on snapchat and instragram let you know for this month, March.. will be different i will still do weekly workout as weight loss but not only that on every wednesday i will tell you what gong on every Monday doing Challenge and Fashion then every Tuesday… ASL and deaf culture which i will introduce and teach you sign language Finally!! I am very excited about that! then Every Wednesday.. of course weight loss which set on weekly then every Thursday sex and health good tips for safe sex and etc… then every Friday..
