back to my channel fit saga.in today’s video I’m gonna show you guys 10 minutes
abs workout which are really very effective to lose belly fat and achieve
the flat stomach these exercises are really simple it can be done anywhere at
any time all you need is the floor mat or even just the floor would work so
let’s get started in this ab workout you will be
performing two circuits each circuit has 4 different exercise so you will be
performing first circuit with very minimal rest in between sets and then
you will be moving on to the second circuit with very minimal rest so
combining these two circuits you will be performing for 10 minutes that’s it guys and these are the ab
workouts which are really good for losing that stubborn belly fat so please give
it a try do this workout every day for 10 minutes for at least three to four
weeks along with healthy diet and being active every day you will definitely see

  1. if u stomp on my belly i will lose weight too cuz the press on belly by ur foot u will make strong abs muscle right? im 50 kg
