and better bowel movement! Exercises :
Torso Rotation, Duit Gubi, Modeum bal Standing Feet shoulder width apart, fingers interlaced,
and bend your upper body forward breathing out. Making a big circle, do the torso rotation, 3 times. Bending backward, breathe in.
Bending forward, breathe out. Do the same to the right, 3 times. Be careful – with stenosis, bending backward
and with slipped disc, bending forward. The back foot 45 degrees, putting the front in front. Keep your hands on your back and
bend your back knees enough with your hips backward. Bend your back knee with the weight on the back leg
and return unbending, 10 times. When lowering, keep the position a little longer. Breathe in when lowering, which helps
